How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive your tracking number by email allowing you to track your order. However, you can also request it from us by email provided it is supported by the carrier.

I wish to cancel my order, is it possible? 

Yes, you have 24 hours from the time your order has been placed. Just send us an email and we will cancel your order and refund 100% of the amount.

We ship we ship all over the world.

Is my item damaged?
You can contact our service by email so that it takes care of your request. In general, we return the item at our expense.

I am not satisfied with my order, can I be reimbursed?
All you have to do is contact us and we will give you the procedure. You have 14 days from the receipt of the goods. You just need to return the item to us and we will refund it 100%. Return charges are at the client's expenses.
